Search box	Allows you to search for a region/district by name.
Add Region/District button	Allows you to add a Region/District
Action – Edit button	Allows you to change the name of a Region/District
Action - Delete button	Removes the Region/District
Number of users	Displays the total number of users at this level. Clicking on this link allows you to drill down into users at the next level
